Warsaw, 08/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 7 July, the ambassadors of the 28 EU member states adopted, on behalf of the Council, a common position for opening Chapters 23 and 24 of the EU's accession negotiations with Serbia. This political agreement will enable the opening of these chapters.
