Brussels, 04/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - According to a report published by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) on Monday 4 July, the European Commission generally managed the €300 million humanitarian aid well that was allocated to victims of conflicts in the African Great Lakes region between 2011 and 2015.
