Brussels, 13/06/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 15 June, the budgets committee of the European Parliament is expected to approve the Council's position on the draft amending budget no. 2/2016, which aims to reduce the contributions of the EU countries in 2016 by €1.349 billion.
As announced, the Council will formally adopt its position on the budgetisation of the 2015 surplus on 17 June (see EUROPE 11568).
