Brussels, 05/04/2016 (Agence Europe) - The necessary first step for bringing an end to the crisis affecting the constitutional court and raising questions on compliance with the rule of law in Poland is publication of the said court's rulings, stated European Commission Vice-President Frans Timmermans during his visit to Warsaw on Tuesday 5 April.
