Brussels, 31/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - On the sidelines of the EU-India summit, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed an agreement in Brussels on Wednesday 30 March for a €450 million loan (the biggest granted by the EIB to India) to support the financing of the first metro line in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
