24/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - Publication of Commission's detailed report on 12th round of TTIP negotiations. On Wednesday 23 March, Commission published a 17-page detailed report on the 12th round of EU/United States free-trade negotiations (TTIP). This report (which is available online at: http://goo.gl/BqpDT1 ) explains in detail what has been discussed in each of the 24 chapters of the agreement and the elements that make up these chapters, as well as the progress made, for instance in the consolidation of the texts in the 'regulatory cooperation' and 'rules' pillars. For the 'market access' pillar, the parties, which are still carrying out their talks on the basis of the revised offers for goods and the initial offers for services, exchanged their public procurement offers at the end of February (see EUROPE 11500).
