Brussels, 15/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 15 March, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted its conclusions on the reports presented in January by the European Commission regarding progress in Bulgaria and Romania in the fight against corruption and in judicial reforms, the so-called CVM (Cooperation and Verification Mechanism) reports.
