Brussels, 07/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 7 March, European Union Employment Ministers held an orientation debate that reached a high level of convergence on the budget process in the so-called “European Semester”. They highlighted the need to have “inclusive” structural reforms and a balance between flexibility and security on the national labour markets, in an effort to tackle segmentation.
