Brussels, 15/02/2016 (Agence Europe) - More than 5,200 steel sector and energy-intensive industry workers from 18 EU member states demonstrated outside the buildings of the European institutions (Commission and Council) on Monday 15 February to express their outrage at Chinese dumping and to urge the EU to reject market economy status (MES) for China, which, far from the 200,000 jobs the Commission argues, would put up to 3.5 million jobs in the EU under threat.
