Livestock sector crisis only minor item on Council agenda on 15/02

Brussels, 10/02/2016 (Agence Europe) - At the Agriculture Council in Brussels on Monday 15 February, France will have to be content with discussion over a working lunch rather than a full debate on the crisis affecting the livestock sector.
