Brussels, 25/01/2016 (Agence Europe) - The report on the draft regulation on market access for port services by MEP Knut Fleckenstein (S&D, Germany) was voted through by a relative majority (29 to 13 with 3 abstentions) by the European Parliament's transport and tourism committee (TRAN) on Monday 25 January, but the German MEP was not able to keep his negotiating mandate for the inter-institutional talks.
