Brussels, 21/12/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament is concerned at the way in which the member states are implementing the EU's common position on arms exports and puts forward a number of suggestions for improvement. MEPs did not, however, give their support to the most ambitious proposals, which would have most encroached on the sovereignty of the member states.
