Brussels, 25/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 24 November, the European Commission adopted its proposal of fishing opportunities in the Black Sea, setting next year's total allowable catch (TAC) for turbot at zero.
The Commission proposes, too, a TAC of zero for dogfish since the stock is close to collapse, and the same catch level for sprat as in 2015.
