Brussels, 20/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission published a decision on Friday 20 November to reimburse €410 million to EU farmers.
Since the common agricultural policy (CAP) reform in 2013, financial discipline is applied every year (a deduction from direct payments to farmers) in order to build a yearly agricultural crisis reserve. If the reserve is not used, it goes back to farmers.
