Brussels, 16/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - Another five years…A year after having had his appointment annulled, following a ruling by the European Court of Justice, Professor Guido Rasi took up his post again as Executive Director of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) on Monday 16 November. He was nominated on 1 October by the EMA's board of directors and his nomination was validated on 13 October by the European Parliament's Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee (ENVI).
