Brussels, 12/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - At the meeting of the Special Committee on Agriculture on Monday 9 November, the EU member states formally delivered a mandate to the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the EU to open negotiations with European Parliament representatives on organic farming (details in EUROPE 11421). The first trialogue meeting will take place on 19 November.
