26/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - Presentation of European single market strategy imminent. On Tuesday 27 October, the European Commission will unveil a communication on a new European strategy for completing the single market. This will include a “European Pact for Start-ups”, measures for encouraging cross-border provision of services by way of the extension of the services directive to sectors that have not yet been covered, facilitate cooperation in consumer protection and modernise the regulatory framework by covering intellectual protection (see EUROPE 11417).
