Brussels, 15/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - At its meeting on Monday 12 October, the Special Committee on Agriculture (SCA) finally gave the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council a mandate to open talks with representatives of the European Parliament on the draft regulation on the schemes to distribute milk and fruit and vegetables in schools.
The mandate, however, relates only to the amendment of the single CMO regulation (Regulation 1308/2013 on common market organisation).
