Brussels, 14/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 14 October, the European Commission adopted an amending letter for the draft budget 2016 to take account of the migration crisis (+€1.38 billion in commitment appropriations) and the crisis which has hit the agriculture sector (+€660.7 million).
