Luxembourg, 13/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Council on Monday 12 October, the foreign affairs ministers of the EU member states said that the current world crises confirm the EU's “need” for a “comprehensive and balanced” external policy on migration and asylum.
In their conclusions, the ministers ask High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini to “continue to reinforce the external dimension of the EU migration policy,...
