Brussels, 23/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - Will EU leaders provide the impetus needed for the approval of the European Commission proposals of 27 May on sharing 40,000 asylum seekers among the member states? That is the question that will be asked of them on Thursday evening at the start of the European summit where - unless there is a last-minute change because of what is happening in Greece - immigration will be the main issue to be discussed by heads of state and/or government.
