Product safety - Council still stuck over “made in”

Brussels, 28/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - Latvian Presidency hopes of reaching a general approach for beginning negotiations with the European Parliament to obtain a second reading agreement on the product safety and market surveillance regulatory package of February 2013 appear to have been dashed at the Competitiveness Council in Brussels on Thursday 28 May.
