Brussels, 20/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission presented fresh proposals on Wednesday 20 May aimed at halting the decline of sea bass in the Celtic Sea, Irish Sea, Channel and North Sea. These proposals will be debated by the Fisheries Council in June, with a view to entry into effect before summer.
