Strasbourg, 27/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 27 April, the European Commission announced the introduction of a new system for tackling drinking and driving. This will involve alcohol interlocks fitted in cars, which will prevent drivers from starting if they have drunk alcohol.
