Brussels, 31/03/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Eurydice network has published a new study on the modernisation of higher education systems in 34 European countries. The European Commission's Europe 2020 Strategy and the reform agenda for higher education systems in European countries both aim to increase the numbers of students in higher education. European countries have set themselves a 40% target for the number of higher education graduates by 2020.
