EFSI - Parliament's debate focuses on mobilisation of EU budget

Brussels, 26/03/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 26 March, the MEPs discussed the proposed regulation instituting the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), which is designed to draw down €315 billion in private investments over three years.
