On Tuesday 17 March, the experts of the Council's Euro working group are to hold a telephone conference on the state of the Greek finances, with technical discussions with the three 'institutions' (European Commission, ECB and IMF) continuing. Some sections of the media have referred to the possibility of a meeting, under the aegis of the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, on the sidelines of the European summit on Friday 20 March, between the Greek Prime Minister, the German Chancellor and the Presidents of the French Republic, the Commission and the ECB. The Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras, will be in Berlin on Monday 23 March. (EL)
