The number of Syrians that have settled in the US has been calculated at 558 persons since the beginning of January 2011 and the beginning of the Syrian crisis and not since January 2015, as mistakenly indicated in our meeting with US representative, Barbara Day, on the issue of US resettlement policy (see EUROPE 11275).
