Brussels, 09/03/2015 (Agence Europe) - More new psychoactive substances (NPS or 'new drugs') were detected in the European Union last year, at the rate of around two per week, according to a report published on Monday 9 March by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).
