Brussels, 17/02/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Commission “takes note” of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Hungary on Tuesday 17 February. Such was the laconic reaction of the European executive to the first visit of the Russian head of state to an EU member since June 2014. This visit, however, is highly symbolic, set against a background of the difficulty in putting a ceasefire in place in Ukraine.
