Brussels, 02/02/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 2 February, Croatia started a debt cancelling programme for tens of thousands of its most disadvantaged inhabitants.
The Croatian government stated that the total amount of debt that will be wiped out is around €46 million, or 0.1% of GDP.
