Chair of SRB - European Parliament gives green light to nomination of Elke König

Brussels, 15/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 15 December, the committee on economic and monetary affairs of the European Parliament approved the list of six candidates for the permanent seats on the Single Resolution Board (SRB) (EUROPE 11212).

The list submitted by the European Commission includes: - Chair of the SRB: Germany's Elke König, currently President of BaFin (EUROPE 11213); - Vice-Chair: Timo Löyttyniemi of Finland; - director of strategy: the Italian Mauro Grande; - direction...
