Brussels, 06/11/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 5 November, Pakistan submitted a request to the secretariat of the WTO for consultations with the European Union regarding the imposition of countervailing measures by the EU on imports of certain types of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from Pakistan. The request lodged by Islamabad (DS 486) also relates to certain aspects of the investigation underlying those measures.
