PCCR may acquire composite segments of CCP

Brussels, 28/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 28 October, the European Commission gave its green light to the acquisition of the activities of the composite segments of CCP (Ireland) by PCCR USA, Inc, a subsidiary of Polynt Group SARL.

PCCR is a chemicals company active in the production and sales of resins for the coating and composite industry in the United States and Canada. CCP's activities in the composite sector consist of the production and sales of unsaturated polyester resins...
