Brussels, 21/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - On 21 October, the European Commission found the international banks JPMorgan, RBS, UBS and Crédit Suisse guilty of mergers in the Swiss franc benchmark interest rate derivative products sector, in the framework of two different cases.
The European institution has imposed fines of a total of €94 million, €72 million of which is to be paid by JP Morgan. RBS escapes €115 million in fines for revealing the existence of the cartels.
