Brussels, 11/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - The European Union has contributed to the funding of a new app, Smartaxi, which allows taxi drivers to collect and share information on places where there are lots of clients waiting, which should considerably reduce waiting time for taxis, the European Commission announced on Thursday 11 September.
