Brussels, 10/06/2014 (Agence Europe) - The possibility that France may be forced to pay €1.8 billion back to the EU budget, corresponding to irregular expenditure under the common agriculture policy (CAP) in recent years, has been confirmed by a report by the French Court of Auditors.
