Brussels, 27/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - Andras Baka, the president of the Hungarian Supreme Court, was dismissed in 2012 because he had criticised Viktor Orban's government. This clearly breaches freedom of expression, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on Tuesday 27 May.
