Brussels, 13/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 13 May, the Council adopted a directive on the conditions of entry and residence of third country nationals as part of a temporary intra-corporate transfer. Member states will need to transpose this directive within two and a half years after its publication in the Official Journal.
