Confrontation with Neelie Kroes on car-sharing

Brussels, 16/04/2014 (Agence Europe) - A court decision forbidding the US car-sharing company, Uber, to operate in Brussels has given way to a clash between European Commissioner for the Digital Agenda Neelie Kroes, who is responsible for new technology, and Belgium's Minister for Mobility Brigitte Grouwels. Last week, the commercial court in Brussels ordered Uber to stop its car-sharing activity between private individuals, which the company offers through its UberPop mobile application....
