Brussels, 03/04/2014 (Agence Europe) - Africa and the European Union are determined to attempt to get a fair, legally binding global climate deal signed at the United Nations COP21 climate summit in Paris in 2015, that applies to all parties and will come into force by 2020, in order to keep the average rise in world temperature at below 2 degrees Celsius compared with the pre-industrial age.
