07/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - The article in EUROPE 11032 on the state of progress in negotiations on the free-trade agreement between the EU and Japan should have stated that the EU will carry out an examination in April of Japan's progress in lifting "non-tariff" barriers (and not in the lifting of tariff barriers). There have been no exchanges of tariff offers as yet. (LC)
