Brussels, 17/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - On 17 February, the Council of the EU adopted without debate the directive on seasonal workers from third countries. This directive lays down the conditions for these workers to enter and reside in the EU, as around 100,000 do every year, the Commission estimates.
