Brussels, 16/12/2013 (Agence Europe) - Thorbjorn Jagland from Norway, the current secretary-general of the Council of Europe, will be a candidate for a second mandate but will be competing with two other candidates for this post next year, Jean-Claude Mignon from France and Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger from Germany.
