Brussels, 22/11/2013 (Agence Europe) - The common agricultural policy (CAP) will absorb 38% of the EU's budget over the next seven years, compared with around 70% in 1984. The European Parliament has finally adopted the EU's multiannual financial framework for 2014-2020 along with regulations reforming the common agricultural policy.
