Brussels, 18/11/2013 (Agence Europe) - The expert panel appointed to assess applications from European cities for the title of European Capital of Culture 2019 met in Rome from 11 to 15 November and recommended that Cagliari, Lecce, Matera, Perugia, Ravenna and Siena should be short-listed.
