Brussels, 15/11/2013 (Agence Europe) - Marian-Jean Marinescu (EPP, Romania), the EP's rapporteur on the Single European Sky 2 + (which is designed to correct shortcomings in Single European Sky 2) recommends simply removing the idea of functional airspace blocks (FABS) that have just wasted time and money.
