Brussels, 04/11/2013 (Agence Europe) - Following the scandal of horsemeat sold as beef, France (amongst others) asked the Commission to speed up the publication of the report envisaging a revision of the regulation on consumer information, in order to make it obligatory to specify the origin of meats used as ingredients in ready meals.
