Low adult skills reveal need to improve education and training

Brussels, 08/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - Investment is needed in better quality education and training in order to improve skills and employability in the countries of the EU. That is the conclusion of a joint survey on adult skills published on Tuesday 8 October by the European Commission and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
