Brussels, 25/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - Speaking on Tuesday on behalf of the ACP countries (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific) which he heads, ACP Secretary General, Alhaji Muhammad Mumuni, expressed his consternation at the terrorist attack carried out by armed Al-Shabaab Islamist terrorists on Saturday 21 September in a shopping centre in Nairobi.
